Improvising Theatre / EARLY BIRD

$350

with Kelly Bashar

Calendar Jan 5, 2026 at 6 pm, runs for 6 weeks

Step into the world of long form improv with a six-week journey into unscripted theatre, where bold choices and emotional truth meet classical style. In this course, experienced improvisers will dive deep into two iconic genres—Shakespeare and Tennessee Williams—learning the language, rhythm, and thematic elements that define each.

Each week, we’ll develop core skills like strong character commitment, heightened language, emotional grounding, and narrative pacing.

Students will learn how to build improvised plays that feel authentic to the genre while staying spontaneous and alive in the moment. The class culminates in an informal showcase.
